San Francisco Forms

NOTE:

  1. All of these forms have been recreated with Acrobat Forms to be filled on your computer. Please, do not fill them by hand! It gives them a professional appearance in addition to being legible.

  2. All San Francisco City forms must be exported from Acrobat and placed on a drawing sheet at 1:1 ratio. If you reduce their size, Intake will reject the plans before getting to plan check.

Permit Data Sheet (This gives me enough information to get the rest needed for the several forms required by San Francisco for a building permit. It's meant to save you a lot of time)

Application Completeness Control Sheet (If you follow this to the letter with a typical TI project, you stand about a greater than 90% chance of getting your project approved over the counter. However, you miss just one and it can cause the plans to be rejected and add another trip to getting the permit done)

Disabled Access Checklist (Required forms for ALL permits). NOTE: This form can be exported from Acrobat as a JPEG file and inserted directly into most CADD programs (see Notes 1 & 2, above.

Disabled Access Hardship Form - Allows for a reduction in the work required to meet the Disabled Access requirements if the project is below the threshold amount (see current form for threshold amount).

Special Inspections (When required by design engineers, e.g. welding, HVAC, etc.)

Title 24 Energy Certificate of Acceptance Forms -  Mechanical   Lighting

Administrative Bulletins (Addenda to the San Francisco Building Code)

Property Owner's Permit Application (Required for ALL permits where either the owner is to be the contractor OR where a contractor has not been chosen at time of application (Not my idea).
